Dogs

I along with other residents are tired of the dog poop. Residents are not picking up after their dogs. Management has a designated spot for your pooches. Please use it and throw your pet waste away even in the designated area. Our children have no where to play because you let your dogs poop in areas not designated for them. We all have to live here together and we should all want to do our part to keep our community clean. Also we know not to put our trash out before 6 P.M. Sunday - Thursday. Maybe some of you don't know, there is a fine you will be charged if management find your trash out. Again, lets all do our part to keep our community clean. Stay safe and remember to practical social distancing. Check on your older neighbors who may not be able to get out. We have to take care of each other. We are not just residents, we are all family.

Repaisrs after we moved

This is the second unit we rent here at Tiburon. We had no complaints with the maintenance requests done with previous apartment so, we were expecting anything less when the requests for new unit were submitted. Promptly, and with a great attitude, the stove was replaced for a new one because the other one was rusty and stained, a missing refrigerator drawer was found, and already they got the frames to fix stained mirrors. I want to say that the whole staff was very cooperative, especially Mr. Milton Lopez who handled the repairs with professionalism and a great attitude.

Maintenance is the worst

My a/c stopped working on Saturday March 23. I called the after hours number to request the maintenance to fixed the problem. The recorded message said if it not an emergency, that it would be a fee. I was willing to pay the fee so can be comfortable in my apartment. The maintenance guy called twice: first call to ask what is the problem with the a/c. Second call He said he had to call management for permission to come fix my a/c but was told that if it not 80 degrees are higher - they will not come fix my a/c. Also, they will not pay him for overtime. I made a second request this morning and I emailed Austin to let them know that I really need my a/c fixed today. I did not get a respond from the maintenance team nor Austin. I am really tired of this poor management team here a Tiburon. I really thought by coming back to this community to live would have been great. But I was wrong. Help Valerie Williams Apt. 1438 713 409-1550

Amazing Place to Live

I am currently living here and i love this place. Amazing staff that will work with you and a great neighborhood. Quick food spots and no noise. They truly help and work with you and have been great to me since i was in a terrible accident that almost cost me my life, they sent me a get well basket and help me with rent and just a great staff.

Tiburon experience as a resident.

Its been a year since i have been living in this residential i recommend it to anyone that is a first time rental. Everyone in there makes it feel like home everyone .I had to leave because i had to pursuit my degree but its going to be a place for sure that i would be coming back. Thank for your service Tiburon.
